This workshop will break down the often-overlooked topic of menstrual health and its impact on athletic performance. Tailored for athletes, parents, and coaches, the session explores the physical and emotional changes that come with each phase of the menstrual cycle and how to adapt training accordingly. You’ll gain a deeper understanding of how the menstrual cycle influences strength, endurance, recovery, and mindset—and how to use this knowledge to support long-term health and performance.

Natalie and Lisa bring years of experience working with young women in sport and provide practical strategies for managing menstrual health, hygiene, and wellbeing throughout adolescence and into adulthood. Expect real talk, expert insights, and resources you can take away and use right away.
