Gymnastics Victoria is proud to deliver a statewide series of Professional Development Days throughout 2026, designed to support, inspire and upskill our gymnastics community.

Delivered across metro and regional Victoria, these events will bring together coaches, judges, administrators and volunteers from all gymsports, providing practical learning opportunities that reflect the real needs of our clubs and members.

Why Attend?

Our 2026 Professional Development Days have been developed in collaboration with Gymnastics Victoria’s Technical Committees, Regions and Clubs to ensure the program is relevant, practical and aligned with the evolving needs of the Victorian gymnastics community.

Who Are These Days For?

The Professional Development Days are open to anyone involved in gymnastics who is technical member or member of a Gymnastics Victoria Club, including:

• Coaches (all levels and gymsports)

• Judges

• Club administrators and managers

• Technical officials

• Emerging leaders and volunteers

Whether you are new to the sport or an experienced professional, there will be sessions designed to support your continued development.

What Will Be Covered?

Each Professional Development Day will feature a mix of practical and theory‑based sessions, with topics that may include:

• Coaching best practice and athlete development

• Judging updates and technical interpretations

• Safety, wellbeing and participant‑centred environments

• Club operations, leadership and governance

• Pathways for athletes, coaches and officials

• Sport‑specific technical updates across all gymsports
